Word Art Wednesday Challenge #677/678 Anything Goes (2/10)  

I die cut a Sentimentally Yours Double Debossed Stately Oval die from watercolour card.  I also die cut John Next Door Poinsettia's using Sizzix texture card.  

I trimmed an old patterned paper to 142mm square and adhered onto a 148mm square card.  I layered the poinsettia die cuts four deep and adhered then put to one side.

I inked up parts of the Penny Black Scarlet Majesty stamp with orange Karin Brush Markers Pro and stamped onto the die cut oval.   Once I was happy I moved onto red Karin Brush Markers Pro colour and stamped.  I then added green to the leaves and stem to finish.  

I dried the stamped oval with my heat tool then added a watercolour wash to the background.  Once again I dried the oval before stamping the sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.   I adhered the oval and the poinsettia's onto my card then finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.   Back soon x

I created an A5 card then I applied Tonic Studios Shimmer Paste through a Gina K Snowflake stencil and put to one side.  I die cut white watercolour card using Clarity Crafts Nested Squares and Tonic Studios Christmas sentiment die.  I further die cut a larger square from glitter card and die cut Sizzix Tim Holtz Skates Bigz die.

I stamped the House Mouse image onto the die cut watercolour card using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.   I also stamped the image again onto a snippet of watercolour card.  I coloured the stamped images with Distress ink pads and watercolours.  I also coloured the die cut sentiment with Distress inks and put them all to one side.

Once the images were dry I attached the die cut stamped square onto the glitter card with brads.  I fussy cut the second image and curved the mice bodies before attaching with Silicon Glue Gel.  

I attached ribbon to the top of the card, tied two bows from matching ribbon and adhered to the skates.  I glued the image onto the card then the sentiment.  I positioned the skates so that they overlapped each other.  I finished with Viva Decor 3D snow gel.   Back soon x

I die cut watercolour card and glitter card using Clarity Crafts Nested Squares and I also die cut a Creative Expressions Christmas sentiment from glitter card.  I put the die cut glitter card to one side.

Using Versafine Clair Nocturne I stamped the House Mouse Hold On stamp onto the die cut square and onto a second piece of watercolour card.  Using Clarity Crafts stencil brushes and a MFT stencil with blue Distress inks I coloured the sky on the die cut watercolour card.   I then water coloured the die cut square then I watercoloured just the mice on the second stamped image.  I  left to dry.

I recently found a box of MDF pieces and decided to use one on this card.  I used acrylics to paint the frame and left to dry.   I attached some old patterned paper to an A5 card and added red satin ribbon at the top.

Once the stamped die cut image was dry I attached to the die cut glitter card using brads.  I layered three die cut sentiments, gluing each layer then adhered to the stamped scene.  I very carefully fussy cut the mice, somehow keeping it in one piece.  

I lightly shaped the mice then adhered them with Pinflair Glue Gel to achieve a lovely 3D look.   I made a red satin bow and adhered that to the MDF then adheredthe MDF onto the card front.  I used a glossy medium to make the ice look real, sadly I wasn't able to capture that in my photos.   I added Viva Decor 3D snow gel at the bottom to finish.  Back soon x

Word Art Wednesday Challenge #673/674 Anything Goes (6/10) 

I have been playing with two of my Penny Black cling stamps to see if I could create a landscape by combining the two and it has worked better than I dared hope.  

I stamped the PB Wander stamp inking with each colour of Versafine Clair ink onto watercolour card.  I used Rainforest for the leaves of the trees, grasses and the far mainland.  I then inked with Versafine Clair Pinecone for the trunk of the tree.  Next I inked up PB Arbours again using Pinecone and Rainforest.

Once my images were stamped I watercoloured the sky and the lake.  I left to dry then trimmed and stamped the PB Sprinkles & Smiles sentiment using Versafine Clair Nocturne.  I stuck onto a DL card and added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.   Back soon x

I die cut Sentimentally Yours Double Debossed Starely Rectangle from watercolour card.  I then used Sizzix card to die cut Sentimentally Yours flower dies, Creative Expressions sentiment die and John Next Door Holly leaves die.  I used a snippet from a Creative Expressions 3D embossing folder from Sizzix Textured card too.

I created a stamped background using Clarity Crafts Club subscription stamp and Versafine Clair Glamorous ink and stamped onto watercolour card.  I inked the edges with Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink and sprayed with water to soften.  I inked the die cut rectangle with Lumberjack Plaid Distress ink and sprayed with water, I put both pieces aside to dry.

Once the inked die cut rectangle was dry I stamped Penny Black Scarlet Majesty stamp, inking one colour at a time, with Karin Brush Markers Pro.   I blended and added shadow where required.   I left it to dry while making up the flowers.  I then had an accident and got paint on the bottom of the background.  So I added a snippet of 3D embossed vard to cover my accident.  

I glued the background panel onto a 148mm square card.   I figured out my layout then adhered the stamped panel with foam pads.   I glued the holly leaves onto the stamped panel and glued three Flowers using Pinflair Glue Gel.   I glued the sentiment onto the embossed panel and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.   Back soon x

I used Clarity Crafts Christmas words stencil and Forest Moss Distress ink to stencil onto patterned paper.  I also inked the edges of the patterned paper then glued it onto an A5 card.  

I die cut a Tim Holtz Bigz die from Sizzix glitter card and a Creative Expressions sentiment from Sizzix textured card.  I attached Tim Holtz die cuts onto the front of the A5.  I attached lace onto the card using Tim Holtz stapler. 

I dry embossed the layers of the Christmas tree onto clear Parchment then coloured in the bows in red and the foliage in bright green.   I fussy cut each layer and assembled the tree.  I glued the tree onto the card then adorned with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops and gems.  Back soon x

I inked up the Snowed in stamp with Karin Brush Markers Pro and stamped onto white card.  The blue snow cone out brighter than expected so I applied PVA and faux snow.  I left to dry.

I used heavyweight acetate to create a 5"x7" card.  I adhered patterned paper on the inside back of the card.  I attached my stamped panel to the front of the acetate card using brads.  I glued a snippet of patterned paper on the back to hide the brad legs.

I die cut the Creative Expressions sentiment from Sizzix Textured card and adhered partially onto the stamped panel and partially on the acetate.  I added a little Viva Decor 3D snow and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.  Back soon x

I started by stamping the House Mouse image onto a snippet of smooth white card  using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I used various Faber-Castell Polychromo pencils to colour and blended with Sansodor and paper stumps.   

I covered an A6 card with old patterned paper.   I added a mat to the stamped image then glued onto the card.  I stamped the sentiment onto snippets with Memento Tuxedo Black ink.   I used John Next Door dies to die cut multiple leaves which I glued on the right of the card.  I added foam pads to the sentiments and placed over the ends of the leaves.  I added red Tonic Studio Nuvo Drops around the leaves to look like berries.  Back soon x

I used Spellbinders House Mouse Noel stamp with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink to stamp onto white card.  I  watercoloured the image.  Once dry I used MFT cloud stencil with Salvaged Patina Distress ink to create the sky.

I used sparkling white glitter card to create a 148mm square card and attached the stamped panel with brads.  I die cut John Next Door leaves and Hobbycraft sentiment die then adhered with Pinflair Glue Gel.  I added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.  Back soon x

I started by covering a DL card with very old patterned paper from my stash.  I die cut Sentimentally Yours Stately Double Debossed Elegant Ovals die from smooth card, Sentimentally Yours Flowers dies from Sizzix pearlescent and glitter card, John Next Door Holly die from Sizzix textured card, and Hobbycraft sentiment die from Sizzix mirror card.

I stamped the AALL & Create robin onto the die cut oval and onto a snippet of smooth white card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I coloured the images with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils and blended using Sansodor and paper stumps.  

I fussy cut the second coloured robin and curled him with my fingers.  I used MFT cloud stencil and Clarity stencil brushes with Simon Says Stamp dye ink to create the clouds.  I adhered the fussy cut robin using Pinflair Glue Gel.  I figured out a layout that I was happy with and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.  Back soon x

I started by stamping the Chocolate Baroque Gnome twice onto A6 watercolour card using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and then stamped the sentiment at thetop too.  

I used MFT cloud stencil with Salty Ocean Distress ink and the edges with Hickory Smoke Distress ink.  I sprayed with water and put to one side to dry.

I inked through a Gina K Snowflake stencil onto a 5"x7" card very lightly with Seedless Preserves Distress ink.  I watercoloured the gnomes with shades of purple and left to dry.

I added PVA glue to their hats and the ground beneath them then added faux snow powder.  Once dry I added foam pads to the back of the stamped panel and put in position.  I added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish,  back soon x
