I absolutely love this set of Andy Skinner stamps that hubby purchased for one of my birthday presents.  They are so sweet and poignant.

I covered an A6 card with DCWV Designer Paper then put to one side.  I stamped the little boy with balloon onto watercolour card using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.  I stamped the sentiment onto a snippet of white card using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink, trimmed and put with the A6 card.

I watercoloured the wee boy with his balloon and left to dry overnight.   The next day I applied a layer of plain water around the already watercoloured areas and added multiple layers of grey and then black watercolour paint, drying when necessary and adding darker watercolour paint until I was happy with the whole panel.  Once again I left to dry overnight.   I trimmed the panel, adhered onto the card, and added a glossy medium onto the balloon.  I added the sentiment and Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.   Back soon x
