I have a second Butterfly themed card to share with you today . . .
I wish to enter these challenges . . .
Allsorts Challenge #743 Butterflies 2/3
Inspiration Station Challenge Inspiration photograph (3/8) I was inspired by the butterflies
Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Sparkle & Shine (2/5)
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Anything Goes (1/5)
I used a Claritystamp stencil with texture paste to create a wreath on the card. I stamped one of my favourite poetry sentiments onto a die cut circle and added that to the card, using foam pads. I die cut eight of the two layer butterflies from matt black card and different colours of shimmer card and layered them together, adhering around the die cut circle. My usual finishing touch was to add Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops and a tiny Crafter's Companion die cut butterfly.
Unusually I am very happy with the end result and will create this style of card again. Back soon x
