I added a layer of water to the top two-thirds of watercolour card.  I sprinkled Tonic Studios Shimmer powder (yellow) and blended across the card.  

Once completely dry I inked the canopy of the Penny Black Arbours stamp with pale green.  I dried the ink then I stamped with a mid green and finally a few bits of dark green and brown for the tree trunks.

I heat dried the stamped stores then I stamped Penny Black Stately with brown and green Versafine Clair ink pads.  I watercoloured the foreground and used a snippet to stamp a sentiment onto.
