I used a Claritystamp stencil with texture paste to create a wreath on the card.  I stamped one of my favourite poetry sentiments onto a die cut circle and added that to the card, using foam pads.  I die cut eight of the two layer butterflies from matt black card and different colours of shimmer card and layered them together, adhering around the die cut circle.  My usual finishing touch was to add Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops and a tiny Crafter's Companion die cut butterfly.

Unusually I am very happy with the end result and will create this style of card again.  Back soon x

Try It On Tuesday Challenge Let's Go Outside: we can see the hedge row and birds from a window in our home (-) 

I die cut the pop up die card from 300 gsm card.  I stamped all over the background using one of my Clarity Crafts Stamp Club mixed media background stamp and Ranger Archival ink pad.  I used Clarity 7" Wheelie Branch Building stencil and Distress ink to create branches and leaves.  

I stamped the Bee Crafty Doodle Art Rainbow Bird and the Clarity Happy Birthday onto snippets of watercolour card using Versafine Clair.  I die cut the flowers and leaves from card snippets and coloured with watercolours.  The Tonic Studios butterflies were also die cut from card snippets & watercoloured.  My final finishing touch was the Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.  It is very cute and very busy, I am not sure if I actually like it lol!  Back soon x

I purchased the matching stamp and die set especially to create male themed7 birthday cards, no sparkle and no flowers just plants and foliage lol!  I also love the fact that this card flattens for posting.  I had so much fun creating this card and really enjoyed colouring the plants and the containers.

I sencilled the snowflake onto a 148mm square card using Distress ink.  Next I  stamped and watercoloured the wreath, adding further shading with my Faber-Castell Polychromo pencils.  My final  finishing touch of Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops and I finally have created a second Christmas card.   Back soon x

Word Art Wednesday Challenge #607/608 Anything Goes (1/5)

After die cutting the rectangle and the poetry mat I stamped the mini landscape and sentiment onto both die cuts.  Then I watercoloured the landscape image and left it to dry.  I ran coloured card through my die cutting machine and adhered the embossed card and two die cuts onto an A6 card.  My usual and favourite final embellishment was the Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.
