I die cut a Sentimentally Yours Double Debossed Inverted Corner Rectangle using watercolour card.  I dry embossed pink card with Presscut Blossom embossing folder.  I coloured the die cut rectangle with a watercolour wash and left to dry.

I inked Penny Black The Unfolding with Karin Brush Markers Pro then stamped onto watercolour card.  I used a damp brush to blend the inks.  I adhered the embossed card to an A6 card.  I stamped the Penny Black sentiment onto a snippet of white card using Versafine Clair Nocturne then trimmed.

I adhered the stamped panel onto the card, I added foam pads to the stamped sentiment and added to the card.   I finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.  Back soon x

On a piece of watercolour card I stamped the Clarity Crafts Chameleons on their branches using Versafine Clair Nocturne ink.   I stamped them again onto snippets.  I attached the Clarity Crafts brick stencil on the card and inked using Vintage Photo Distress ink.   I removed the stencil then liberally sprayed the panel with water.  I left to dry.

Once my stamped panel was dry I watercoloured the Chameleons and branches.  I also watercoloured the Chameleons stamped onto snippets.  I left them to dry.   Once dry I trimmed the panel and adhered onto C6 card.  Then I  trimmed the snippet Chameleons.   I rounded their bodies and used 3D glue gel to apply them to my panel.  I stamped a Clarity Crafts sentiment onto a snippet and trimmed then glued onto my card.  I added lots of tiny Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to create berries.   Back soon x

I stamped the image and sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.   I coloured the image using Spectrum Noir alcohol markers.   I mounted the stamped panel onto glitter card and trimmed a thin border.  I added the brads to make sure it would not fall off.

I created a DL card and covered with old patterned paper (I don't know the brand).  I positioned the stamped panel, the die cuts and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.   Back soon x

I stamped the House Mouse image and sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  Next I coloured the image with Spectrum Noir alcohol markers,  adding multiple layers to the boot/stocking.

I created a 148mm square card and used a large snippet of Papermania patterned to cover the card.  I cut Sizzix glitter card slightly larger that the die cut stamped square and attached with brads.  I figured out the layout and added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.   Back soon x

I mounted the stamped and coloured banner die onto Sizzix glitter card.  I attached it with brads because I have had issues attempting to stick onto this card.  I created a 5" x 7" card and covered with very old Papermania patterned paper.  I attached the banner onto my card.

Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Tag It (1/5)

I started by die cutting Tonic Studios tag die from watercolour card and the Creative Expressions sentiment die from glitter card.  I then coloured the tag using a Distress Stain.  I wasn't happy with the end result so I used Distress ink to darken.  Next I used Tonic Studios Shimmer Paste with Tim Holtz Flourish stencil and put to one side to dry.

I cut chipboard into 3.5cm squares and attached them together with masking tape on the reverse.  I dusted with anti static pouch then stamped Tim Holtz reindeer stamp then I added Versamark embossing ink to the outside edges of the chipboard and  embossing powder.  Once heated and cooled I coloured the chipboard squares  with fuchsia pink watercolour.   I threaded ribbon through the tag then added Tonic Studios Glitter Nuvo Drops to the chipboard and the tag.  Back soon x

I forgot to take notes of what inks I used to create this card so huge apologies.

I cut white card to A5 then stamped the Clarity Blue Tit stamp in position using Distress ink.  I dried the stamped image then masked the Blue Tit.  I used Clarity mountain masks and Clarity stencil brushes to create the hills. I inked Clarity Wee Trees with Distress inks and stamped in position.

I used My Favourite Things cloud stencil with Distress ink and added the clouds with Clarity Crafts stencil brushes.  I inked up the empty tree branch with Distress ink and stamped in position.  Then I stamped the bird feeder so that it looked like it was hanging from the branches.  I stamped the two mini Blue Tits in position.

I used clean water to remove the clouds from the mini birds.  I removed the mask from the large Blue Tit and coloured all the birds and the feeder with Faber Castell Polychromos pencils.   I stamped the Clarity Crafts sentiment onto a snippet of white card using Versafine Clair Nocturne.   I glued my stamped panel onto a 5" x 7" card, glue the sentiment in place and added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.   Back soon x

I recently relocated a pouch of old Penny Black stamps that were originally wood mounted.  I have owned these stamps for such a long time that the glue on their mount died and I never bothered to remount them.  Subsequently I am struggling to remember their Penny Black names.

I cut a piece of A4 watercolour card to be roughly 11cm by 21cm.  I stamped the Penny Black Songbird stamp inking up the bird and branch with Versafine Clair Pinecone and the leaves with Versafine Clair Green Oasis ink pads.  Next I inked the Penny Black Iris with Karin Brush Markers Pro and stamped.  I repeated inking up the Iris stamp and repeat stamped, sometimes second generation stamping, until I was happy with the coverage on the watercolour card.  I left that to dry completely overnight.

I created a pale green watercolour wash and carefully painted the background so no white was visible.  I added further watercolour to the Songbird and the branch leaves and left to dry.  I coloured a snippet of white card with the green watercolour wash and dried.  I stamped the Penny Black sentiment and trimmed.

I dry embossed Sizzix Textured card using an A4 Crafters Companion embossing folder.  I die cut John Next Door Snowflowers and coloured with Tonic Studios Shimmer Spray.  Once dry I layered them together.  I covered a DL card with embossed card,  trimmed the rough edges off my stamped panel and adhered to my card.  I added foam pads to the stamped sentiment and added to the DL card. Then I positioned the die cut flowers where I wanted them and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.   Back soon x

I stamped the Simon Says Stamp Mountainscape rubber stamp onto watercolour card using Versafine Clair Nocturne.  I then used a mix of acrylic, gouache and watercolours to colour the stamped image.   I left that to dry.

I die cut the Creative Expressions two piece sentiment dies from cream and pale green card and adhered the sentiment onto the label.  Once dried a applied a layer of Tonic Studios Nuvo Glitter Drops which I watered down so that I could paint it on.  I trimmed the mountainscape to 142mm square and added to a square base.  I added the sentiment with foam pads and finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops.   Back soon x

It has been a long time since I did this sort of stamping and masking but I really enjoyed creating this card and hopefully it will not be as long a time before I do it again.

I inked one of the AALL & Create Garden Accessories stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and stamped onto A5 watercolour card.  Next I stamped the image again to create a mask.  I positioned the mask in place then once, again inked with Versafine Clair Nocturne ink and stamped the robins on the right and the other bird on the left.

I inked flowers Sentimentally Yours Notebook Botanicals stamp set using  Versafine Clair Charming Pink and Fantasia ink pads and stamped them at the bottom of the scene deliberately oversampling some of the flowers.

I used a MFT cloud stencil and Distress ink to create the sky.  I used watercolour paints to colour all the images and to create/paint the grass in the background.  I stamped a Clarity Crafts sentiment onto a snippet of white card with Nocturne ink and trimmed.

Once everything was thoroughly dry I trimmed then adhered the watercolour card onto an A5 card.  I added foam pads to the sentiment and positioned in place and added Tonic Studios Nuvo Drops to finish.   Back soon x

I watercoloured the stamped images and some of the backgrounds too and left to dry.  I adhered designer paper onto a 148mm square card.  I then adhered the die cut and stamped frame onto theòy9 card.  I finished with Tonic Studios Nuvo Glitter Drops.   Back soon x

I cut watercolour card to A5.  I coloured the Penny Black Dancing Daisies stamp with three/four Karin Brush Markers Pro colours then blended the inked stamp with water before stamping in position.  I did this multiple times onto the card.  Once I was happy with the stamped images I left the card to dry overnight.

The next day I carefully added a pale green watercolour wash around the stamped daisies and left to dry.  I die cut the Tim Holtz Brushstroke Butterflies Thinlets die from white card.   I coloured the butterflies bodies in deep red, the antenna and body in black then the added extras in a lighter shade of red and left to dry.  I added Tonic Studios Nuvo Glitter Drops to the layers that were to be glued onto the butterfly bodies and left to dry.  I stamped the Penny Black sentiment stamp onto a snippet of white card using Versafine Clair Charming Pink ink.

I trimmed the stamped watercolour card and adhered to an A5 card.  I added the sentiment with foam pads.  I curled the bodies of the butterflies then adhered them to my card using Pinflair Glue Gel.  Back soon x 8
